Tour cost includes:
All accommodation, food outside of Kathmandu (except bar bill), staff (guide, kitchen crew and porters) and their all expenses including insurance, luggage packing materials, essential permit fee, sightseeing in Kathmandu valley, domestic airfare with airport taxes, ground transportation and governmental taxes.

Price does not include:
All accommodation and food in Kathmandu, personal expenses like laundry, communication, shopping, alcohol, bottled water and cold drinks, any kind of gifts & donation, tips to the helping crew, emergency evacuation and international airport tax etc.

Cost per person range:

• Minimum cost: includes all basic services
• Maximum cost: includes luxury level services

Payment system

• At least 100 US dollars is essential for trip booking (non-refundable)
• 50% of total budget must be paid in advance (just few days before the trips) for issuing airlines ticket, permits, hotels and essential preparations
• Remaining balance can be paid before or after the trip

Refund system
In case of trip cancellation, the advance payment amount will be treated as follows:

• 15 days prior to the trip, only the booking amount 100 US dollars is non-refundable -
• 7 days prior to the trip, 40% will be deducted
• 3 days prior the trip, 60% will be deducted

If the trips cancel due to the contemporary situation of the country (Nepal) and no any expenses occurred in airlines ticket, essential permits, hotel booking and others, we can refund the full amount except the non-refundable amount US$100.
