Lying in the north eastern border of Nepal,
Kanchenjungha(8586m) is the 3rd highest peak in the world
that is very interesting mountain to see. One of the most
scenic parts of Nepal, this region has exotic and particular
speciality in culture, religion, tradition and nature. Rai
Limbu people worship the nature, ancient Hindu gods and
goddesses and Tibetan cultured people have own tradition.
They have own particular language, culture and tradition.
Exotic floral and faunal species, diverse nature and culture,
crystal mountains and Himalayas and the glacial valleys
add the beauty in nature. This can be the lifetime experience
for the trekkers, mountaineers and researchers.
The Kirantee (Rai) people mostly occupy this
region. It is believed that they are the generation of a
couple of god -Paru Hang and Sumnima. Their birth, marriage
and funeral rites are completely different than the other
caste of people in Nepal. According to the Nepalese history
they are migrated there from the bank of Mediterian Sea
in 1400BC. The very popular festival of Kirant people is
SAKELA NANCH is celebrated for 10 days that lies generally
in December.

Day 01 : Arrive Kathmandu (1310m).
Day 02 : Fly Suketar, Taplejung fly to Biratnaga,r
next day fly Suketar, it is also linked with road
Day 03 : Day trip to Pathibhara (3794m)
Day 04 : Hike to Keswa(2000m).
Day 05 : Hike to Mamankhe(1700m).
Day 06 : Hike to Yampudin1670m).
Day 07 : Yampudin to Chittre(2950m).Torontan(3120m).
Day 08 : Hike to Tseram3750m).
Day 09 : Hike to Rapka Kharka
Day 10 : Hike to Ghunsa, a nice place to see with
cave and waterfall.
Day 11-12 : Hike to Rampuk Kharka. A day rest for
acclimatization is needed here.
Day 13 : Hike to Ramtang.
Day 14 : Hike to Lhonak (5100m)
Day 15-16 : Hike to Kanchenjungha Base camp and explore
the region.
Day 17-24 : Hike back to Taplejung.
Day 25-28 : Hike down to Basantpur.
Day 28-29 : Drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 30 : Sightseeing and shopping in Kathmandu.
Day 31 : Fly back home.
