Description
Nar
Phu valley lies in Trans Himalayan zone and it offers the
unique opportunities to explore the greater Himalayan belt.
The entrance of the valley is very narrow near Koto but
the upper valley is wider and wider. After passing through
the pine forest between two steep rocky walls it comes the
real wide and beautiful valley. The river valley is surrounded
by the snow-capped high-mountain and looks like a bowl.
The people of Nar and Phu village are Tibetan and they rely
on mainly animal husbandry. This is nice place to experience
the real Tibetan culture. There is another way to get out
the valley from Kang La (5322m) to go to Manang but if someone
has no prior hiking experience in higher elevation, it will
be better to get out the same way.
This is the new destination and package tour gift for the
trekkers and it is fully supported by the organized trek
group.
