Overview

Manaslu round trek offers unique blend of culture heritage, supreme Himalayan beauty, and a rich mountain biological diversity where we see traditional villages, lifestyle of locals, cultivated fields, rocky landscape, glacial lakes, monasteries, challenging snow bound Larkya La pass (5135m) very close to Tibetan border, majestic Manaslu, Lamjung and Annapurna Himalayas, glacier and thundering cascades. The northern belt of this region lies in restricted area and the Government of Nepal issues the special permit for the trekkers through registered trekking companies of Nepal.

Package Itineary

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu (1310m), transfer to hotel
Day 02: Drive to Arughat (570m), picture views, drive through traditional villages in the countryside
Day 03: Drive to Lapubesi (880m), drive through beautiful traditional villages and fields with waterfall views
Day 04: Hike to Tatopani (990m), hike along narrow Budhi Gandaki valley
Day 05: Hike up Jagat (1340m), beautiful Budhigandaki cascades and valley, explore traditional village, restricted area starts from here.
Day 06: Hike up to Eklebhatti (1600m).
Day 07: Hike to Bihi Phedi (1985m), explore Bihi traiditional village (2130m)
Day 08: Hike up to Prok (2380m) then to Namrung (2660m)
Day 09: Hike to Lho (3180m), enjoy the Manaslu view from Lho
Day 10: Hike to Samdo (3800m), walk through beautiful traditional village of Samagaon (3530m)
Day 11: Rest day for acclimatization, or day trip to Samdo glacier or to Tibet border
Day 12: Hike up to Dharamshala (4460m); the Larkya Phedi
Day 13: Early hike to Larkya La (5135m), enjoy the wonderful Himalaya experience, descend to Bimtang (3720m), the most challenging day of the entire trip, walk down through glacier.
Day 14: Hike down to Yak Kharka then to Goa (2560m)
Day 15: Hike down to Dharapani (1860m) and stay there
Day 16: Drive down to Besishahar (760m).
Day 17: Drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 18: Sightseeing and shopping in Kathmandu.
Day 19: Fly back home.

Detailed Trip Cost

Entire trip cost per person (USD): $3,399 (including restricted area permit)  //  1pax complimentary in every 11 paid guests group

 Trip cost includes:
All accommodation (twin sharing basis) & food; three meals a day -breakfast, lunch and dinner (except bar bill), insured crew (guide, porters, donkeys, dzopa..), all essential permits, all domestic transportation as per the itinerary, service charge and government taxes.

Trip cost does not include:
Personal expenses (like laundry, communication, alcohol, cold drinks and bottled water during the trek), gratuity to serving crew, emergency evacuation, international airfare, visa, your travel insurance and any kind of gifts and donation.

Payment system

  • 80% of total trip budget must be paid in advance (the amount should be appeared to our account just two weeks before the trips) for domestic transportation, permits, hotel bookings reconfirmation and essential preparations.
  • Balance can be paid before or during/after the trip.

Refund system
In case of trip cancellation in the last 10 days of group arrival, 50% of the deposited amount will be deducted. If the trip cancels 10 days before the group arrival, we settle the full amount in next trip.
